We can create an air monitoring program to suit your company needs. Our consultants will analyze the worksite and tasks to come up with an efficient monitoring plan that will be cost effective and meet all OSHA compliance requirements. A certified lab will analyze the results for  silica levels and exposure. We will put those results in an easy-to-read format.
Air monitoring can be done on any worksite and generally takes 8 hours.

Silica Hazard Training
We can provide silica hazard training courses at our location, your location or at the worksite. We bring all material including handouts, tests and wallet cards. Workers will learn the hazards of silica exposure along with the control measures recommended. The latest information from OSHA, NIOSH and other applicable organizations are incorporated into this training class to make it one of the newest in the industry. The topics included in our training are as follow:
     Hazard recognition and health affects
     Personal hygiene
     Air monitoring
     Control methods 
     PPE

Silica safety training courses can vary in size. We can accommodate
very large and very small groups. We can also provide a
train-the-trainer course for your supervisors.

Respirator Compliance
In many circumstances, workers may be required to wear respirators
for silica exposure. We can provide respiratory compliance for your workers including the written program, proper selection and training, 
fit testing, and medical evaluations.
